Named after my horse (he's about the same color), Doolie's is a dark ale with ruby red overtones which show up if you hole it to the light (the beer, not the horse). Slightly roasted flavor profile and the darker color comes from the use of three different specialty malts that are roasted in varying degrees, to stringent specifications.
