Our holiday specialty, brewed with lactose, flaked oats, and a touch of roasted barley, has been aged on rum-soaked Cypress spirals, after which we finish with a little Tahitian vanilla and fresh-grated nutmeg, and then a beautiful organic Red River blend coffee bean concentrate from our friends at Joe Van Gogh in Hillsborough, bringing everything back around with a deep, rich, sweet spice-forward aroma & finish.
