Light golden American style Pale Ale, using Maris Otter to give a rounded malt base upon which the distinctive, forward bitterness and hop aromas are built. The USA grown Nugget and Cascade hops contribute a distinctive, clean bitterness with an elderflower and orange citrus aroma.

Bottle conditioned. Bright amber colour with a slim off-white head. Hoppy and citrusy aroma with some background malts. Taste does remind me of some of the APAs I’ve sampled, dominated by the hops, with some citrus and honey in there as well. Medium bodied with a fruity hoppy finish. Very nice.
