Pours an opaque dark brown color with a light tan head that leaves sporadic lacing on the sides of the snifter. Aromas of dark chocolate (cocoa?), lactose and coffee with notes of vanilla. Taste follows the aromas with dark chocolate and a very strong lactose presence leading the way. Subdued roasted malt and vanilla round out the flavors. Mouthfeel is full and a bit creamy due to the lactose. A tasty Milk Stout worth trying.
