Pours clear golden amber with a thin eggshell head. Crisp aroma is malty and fruity with a hint of hops. Flavor is boldly malty and surprisingly hoppy, and has a nice fruity underpinning of pear and banana with a little apple. Refreshing, enjoyable! Texture is fizzy, firm, a bit powdery, leaving a sweetish malty and fruity finish that has a snip of hops and honey. Rock out with your Bock out!

Flip top bottle for your pleasure. Pours a clear amber with a 2 finger white head that lofts a while. Very nice carbonation in the glass. Aroma is light but it is malty if anything. Taste is on the bland side with hints of malts with an ever slight metallic hint to it. A bit dry to the throat and the aftertaste is fairly malty. I expected more to be honest but it is in no way a bad brew. Could have been livened up a bit.

On tap: Poured a burnished gold lager in the glass. large puffy cap laced well. Well carbonated. Aroma of sweet Munich pale malt, noble woodyness, some mustyness and hints of fusel. Tastes like it smells - like a rich Munich helles but a bit sweeter and boozier. Not a bad commercial Maibock but local craafters have made better.

Bottle.Nice clear golden colour, with slim white head. Sweet malty aroma. Sweet malty taste, with fruits (pear), caramel, honey and a light bitter finish. Low carbonation, nice creamy mouthfeel, yet it is surprisingly light and drinkable. IMO a superior bock.
