Review done quickly at the Alley Kat Fall tasting I say quickly because they were bringing out new beer at the speed of light. Ruby red crystal clear body with no crown at all. Brew seemed very watery and flat. Aroma was hard to pick up bread is what was mostly there. Flavour had no real peat to it I didn’t have that big of a sample but I don’t think the peat was in the taste at all, just a sweet bready amber ale with a metallic finish and something that I’ll call plain yogurt. Boring disappointing beer.
