We're taking our local-only - 30th Street Pale Ale - to the max. Hops aged with Spanish Cedar imparts our Cedar Plank Pale Ale with an intense, smoky, cedar aroma. Peppercorn spiciness and tannins top off the hop fl avor, leaving you with lingering bitterness. WARRIOR, EL DORADO AND CASCADE HOPS

Pours a copper color body with a white head and leaves some decent lace. Aroma of citrusy hops, herb and faint frsh cut lumber. In the taste, earthy and citrusy hops abound. The woodsy notes come through as it warms a bit. Medium bodied, crisp and dry with a solid hop bite.Overall, this is a really nice pale ale, a fair amount of complexity for this style.

A way above average pale ale to start with, more complex in this format. The cedar woodsiness and peppery finish cover a little of the hop awesomeness that is the base, but this is also an insanely complex brew. Smooth, easy, yet contemplative.

A bright, orange-yellow, dull sunshine in color. A big, sudsy textured, off white head rises above. There's very good hang time on the head. A thick ringlet with a light film dusting is left. Woodsy, cedar and caramel based profile. Light bodied, effervescent and highly drinkable.
