poured a cloudy yellowish color, with a decent white head. A pleasant spicy aroma arose from the glass. The taste was good but it had a slightly to bitter aftertaste. A good refreshing witbier.

A very good take on the Belgian witbier style. A hazed light yellow pour with a huge white head. A whiff of wheat and citrus start off challenging the aromatic senses followed by the coriander. Flavour is sweet malt and citrus with a spicy finish.

Hazy yellow with a bubbly white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma and taste are earthy with notes of coriander, spice, herbs and wheat. Highly carbonated. Not my favorite style but still a pretty good, refreshing beer.

Pours a cloudy hazy golden colour with plenty of wheat. Citrusy and creamy on the palate, coriander seed, oranges and clean refreshing tropical fruit flavors. Aroma is pleasent but a little weak.

Presentation: Poured from a 12oz bottle into an octagonal pint glass. Appearance: It pours with a thin foamy white head that fades to thin covering of bubbles and leaves behined little to no lace. The body is cloudy with a cool pale yellow straw color. Smell: Its aroma has an aromatic Belgian style yeast with a lemon and orange citrus scent. Also there some leafy hop notes and a heavy dose of spice. Taste/Mouth feel: The flavor has a spicy character. There is smooth coriander and yeast with a mild peppery kick back full of mild leafy and herbal hops and chamomile flavors. Some mild citrus notes mingle in and out nicely. The finish is mildly herbal and bitter as it fades out on a slightly dry note. Its palate is smooth and creamy with a medium body and playful carbonation that tingles on the tongue. Notes: This is one of the more complex witbiers that I have tried so far. It also had a nice calming effect on me that after a long day of work. (It must have been the chamomile.) Well done, I will need to get some more of this ale.

Pours a slightly hazy yellow with a foamy head leaving tons of lacing. Good carbonation. Aromas of sweet ripe bananas, some clove, slight orange and citrus and malts. Taste is smooth and refreshing with a fruity banana-clove base and some malts and wheats to crate a very nice beer.

This Belgian Wit pours a very slightly cloudy straw gold color from a 12oz bottle. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is wheat, citrus and spice. A light to medium bodied wit. The malts are fruity and sweet, with a touch of citrus. The hops are spicy and a touch floral. A milder wit, I would like a little more spiciness. Still, it’s a light and refreshing beer for the summer time. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

I found it really, really difficult to get into this one. I'm thinking that I got an older bottle. Anyways, the aroma was really off. Soapy as a bar of Irish Spring with a small punch of spices to it. Appearance was a bright orangish/yellow with a cloudy consistancy, nice fluffy off-white head. Beer had a nice feel on the palate. Flavor was orange zest, a bit more soap (perhaps it was carry-over from the aroma) and some really weak floral qualities (almost like chewing on old roses). Overall, I'll pass on this. While nothing gut-retchingly horrible, it doesn't do GL any favors.

Bottle courtesy of Jdoolin: Poured a whitish/yellow color ale with a nice pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of coriander and wheat is dominant and refreshing. Taste consists of a good malt presence with a nice dose of wheat, coriander and some orange peel. Refreshing with a full body for the style. Well done and stays within the style.

This beer poured a very nice looking cloudy darker golden color topped off by a small white head that managed to leave really good lace down the sides of the glass. The aroma was spicy with some wheat and citrusy tones, mostly lemon peel. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied, slightly acidic though still quite refreshing. The flavor was spicy with some pepper, nutmeg, lemon, orange and yeasty flavor shining through the most. A pretty good witbier.
