Sampled on 9/9/2010. This amber ale pours a medium amber brown color from a 12oz bottle. Small sized white foamy head. The aroma is caramel, malty and sweet. A medium bodied amber ale. The malts are caramel, cereal and semi-sweet. The hops are earthy and floral. Minimal carbonation. More caramel malt and less sweet than your typical amber. Seems more in the style of an English mild or bitter. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is crisp and clean. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
