Denne perlende julebryg er klar og nøddebrun med et tæt, cremefarvet skum, der har en lang holdbarhed. Duften bærer noter af karamel og modne frugter, og den let bitre smag indeholder søde toner af blomster og abrikos. Smagen afrundes af en eftersmag med lang bitterhed og kort sødme. Frosty fra Gourmetbryggeriet er en overgæret juleøl, der er smagsat med de mest udsøgte specialmalte fra Bayern. Desuden er øllet humlet med Villamette og Goldings, som er to meget unikke, amerikanske aromahumler.

    Hazy brown with a fluffy white foam. Clean aroma of hay, roasted malts and caramel. Clean and rather watery flavour of roasted malts, metal, nuts and grass. Watery finish of roasted malts.

    Reddish amber colour, mediumsized off-white creamy head. Aroma is sweet malts, caramel, yeast and fruity hops. Flavour is malty and hoppy with underlaying notes of metal, yeast and some plastic.
