The beer pours a translucent metallic gold colour with a weak off-white head. The aroma is grass, light spicy rye, yeast, and weak citrus. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is dominated by spicy rye notes and finishes with a mild bitterness.

Can that pours a very slight haze, golden colour with an amber hue. The off-white head is frothy, bubbly, foamy with good retention and some soapy lacing. Big rye cereal grain aromas with light caramel undertones and hints of hops. The taste is nicely balanced between the spicy rye malts and barley. The hops are mildly more present in the finish. The mouthfeel has nice dryness to cut the richness of the grains. I must say this is a very pleasant first experience from this new brewery. Perfect for the style !
