New England Pale Ale avec houboons Citra, Amarillo et Vic Secret. On brasse et on brassera de plus en plus de bières entre 4.5 et 5.5% d'alcool. La Limbe tombe en plein dedans! Bien que voilée, on aime nos NEIPAs plus sèches et une pointe plus "dank" que ce que l'on peut retrouver sur le marché québecois. Le Vermont est en fait une de nos grosses sources d'inspiration. Malgré un taux d'alcool plus léger, ça reste une bière "bien punchée" et généreusement houblonnée.

Hazed, golden-yellow colour with frothy white cap, good retention and some foamy streaks of lacing. Citrus aromas with lemon zest, and its juices with oranges. The taste is mild with citrus notes, zesty mostly, which makes the finish is quite drying for NEPA. More of a dry, zest-citrusy APA, but quite drinkable.
