Great beer, had it at a tasting at the Bricktown Brewrey in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. A beer i've been looking everywhere to buy but i've only found one liquor store who carries it. Excellent amber color, leaves the mouth clean with a spicy aftertaste of malt. Super smooth, oof i gotta go get one out of the fridge!

this is a pretty solid interpretation of the style, if a little thin. That being said, though, it's a little boring for my taste. the malt and hop profile are just a touch light.

Tangerine copper color with satisfactory head and some lace. Aroma of malt and raked leaves, an earthy, orange pekoe sweetness. Smooth flavor initially, but confused and unbalanced in the midsection. Acidic and dry hoppy finish. Another somewhat inconsistent, but drinkable session beer from Full Sail.

Does Full Sail really need to put out another Pale Ale, when their standard Pale Ale is the flagship beer of the company? I guess so -- even if it means coming up with what they describe as being something of a "Copper Ale".

Looks pretty standard, if perhaps a touch more reddish (uh, coppery?) than the Grade A Standard Pale Ale. Good head and appearence, overall.

Aroma-wise, not a lot here to distiniguish this from any other decently-made Pale Ales. Not as hoppy in the nose as what I would expect from Full Sail, but still bitter enough in the aroma to make sure this says "I'm from the PacNW, pal".

The flavor profile didn't really wow me, though. Malt and hops playing nice with each other, but there seems to be something of a disconnect overall. In other words, the flavor doesn't seem to mesh very well. Odd hop schedule, arcane roasted grain, slightly different mash timeline..., I'm not sure. I just know I couldn't get too excited about this for some reason.

Mouthfeel and overall drinkability also take minor hits in my book, since this comes off a little too malty and heavy for my taste. Not horrible, by any means whatsoever, but not something I really can go ga-ga over.

Reminds me a PacNW beer trying to be something it's not: New England Pale Ale, or maybe even a British Pale Ale. And something is lost in translation. A Trader Joes special, at $0.85.

Tasted in bottle as White Cap. Tasted on tap as Rip Curl. Tap version a little maltier. Medium copper color, medium head. Medium malts and spicy hoppy. Full flavor with a very smooth taste. Good balance of malts and hops. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter and malty sweet

A very solid offering from Full Sail. I've gotten to where I like this better than their amber. Looks good, smells good, nice spicy hops bite with a sweet counterbalance. This is a beer to sip in the summertime.

Ok this is a handsome looking ale as it sits in my mug....like it says nice dark copper colour , topped by a nice solid off white head..the head slowly fades but leaves some excellent lace. Very malty smelling beer indeed..not chocolate or roasted..just fresh malty smell. Mm malty tatse to start with as i would expect then it turns into a Ceylon tea like bitterness..very odd but its not unpleasant. Like the way this beer feels on the tongue very refreshing Nice drinkable "copper ale" would buy again.

This has a lot of flavor to it, a full spectrum of bitterness. It cost less for a 12 of this than it did for natty light, so it kinda have to wonder why it was so damn good.

Could be the best English Pale Ale I’ve had yet. Very hoppy and full of refreshing light citrus flavors. Light bitter and sweet malts balanced it out almost perfectly.

Sampled from bottle. Poured copper (go figure) with a nice white head. Sweet malt aroma and flavor. This is a typical red ale. I'm going to give this one another try because I sampled it immediately after a Chimay Blue. That's like Jim Croce following the Beatles. Poor beer didn't have a chance.
