Mosaic Promise showcases a single malt—Golden Promise—and a single hop—Mosaic. The traditional barley’s depth of flavor and the versatility of the hops’ bittering, flavor and aroma characteristics are the strong pillars that comprise the structure of this clean, rich, golden beer. We can brew complex beers with the best of them, but we recognize that there’s also beauty in simplicity. The beer clocks in at 5.5% ABV and 50 IBUs.

32oz growler, filled at King’s Convenience, pours up with a crystal clear pure gold body that supports a light tan head of foam. The aroma is just pulsing with juicy fresh citrus and mango, wow and ringed thinly by some hop spiciness. The taste delivers clementine and mango like juiciness blended right in with citrus hop bitterness. Nice. To midway a faint maltiness and slight cracker sensation are noticed well off in the background. A few more sips reveal some garlic and slight earthy tea hoppy goodness as the taste is only getting better and better.

355ml bottle into pint. Hazy golden beer with fulsome white head. Fine carbonation. Nose is mostly sweet malt with a hint of dried fruit. Tastes earthy and funky with no zing. Finish is long and bitter with late pepper.

Well balanced, well made IPA all around. Great balance of flavors and aromas. Hint danky, juicy with a just right malt balance. Very flavorful and robust. Finishes fairly dry and fruity with a gutsy bite. Priced to move. Highly quaffable!

A slight hazed by the super tiny particles through it, with a golden colour with frothy white cap, nicely lasting with lots of dirty-soapy lacing. The Mosaic hops are in the nose right away with the notes of coriander with mild sourness and grassiness. The taste is quite milder with some nice average dryness. Light bitterness. Not a bad single hopped Mosaic ale.

Pours clear golden with a thick, frothy porcelain head that leaves good lacing. Aroma delivers a powerful grapefruit note that has resiny hops and subtle fresh malt in attendance. Resiny hops take center stage in the flavor, though, but strong and slightly sweet grapefruit has a firm presence, and malt component is more substantial, while some woody notes make their appearance. Mouthfeel features fairly firm body and fizz to spare. This Mosaic doesn’t just promise, it delivers.

Founders is da' BOMB! Thanks for sharing this with me Joey. This was a fantastic beer. Really great hoppy cirtusy beer. This beer is west coast style start to finish. Smells of citrus, flavor tracks the aroma. I love the single hoppers.

Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a fluffy, one finger head that leaves some long lasting, clinging lacing. Aromas of fresh pine, grapefruit, lemon and sweet malt. Flavor are muted in comparison to the nose that include grapefruit pith, pine and fresh cut grass. Mouthfeel is clean and crisp. Close to being a session IPA, I would probably reach for this on a warm summer day.

Poured a nice(darker) yellow, good carbonation.Nice dry hop aroma's , and seems slightly balanced towards the bitter side. Overall, not too bad a beer. And for a good cause- all profits going to ArtPrize-annual area art show.
