Bottled (from Prisma Vaasa). Hazy orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, grassy and nicely sweet malty. Flavour is fruity, floral, nectary a bit honeyish along with some toffee and sweet malts to it. Balanced. I’ve had this many times, but apparently forgotten to rate it...

The beer poured a slightly hazed orange-gold colour with a bubbly white head that lingered a few minutes. The aroma is pine, tropical fruit, cereal grains, caramel and earthy hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is not very well balanced. There is a hint of sweetness from the caramel and tropical fruit notes, but for the most part, this is a very bitter beer. -

Slightly hazy, golden-orange with a warm cap, long lasting with very nice lacing. Lots of citrus in the nose with oranges and some mild tropical fruits. Fresh hops, fresh all-around. Flavours of fruity malts with the hops. Nice grassy notes that grow a dryness. Stronger alcohol content than most Session IPA I know, so this gives an overall closer to normal brew feel.

Bottle. Colour - cloudy orange gold, off-white cap, not very big, lacing was 'just alright'. Aroma - biscuity malts, light spices, and definite notes of grapefruit and orange. Mouthfeel - medium bodied, well carbonated. Flavour - nicely balanced between the biscuit maltiness and the bitter citrus hop punch. Not as bland as I was expecting it to be.

Sample from bottle at Vectura-messe. Also available on tap and bottle at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Golden colour, white head. Fresh American grapefruity and piney hops throughout, in both aroma and flavour,

Got a 6 pack at LCBO. Pours an average size frothy white head that dissipates to a very thin layer. Has a pale golden appearance. Decent lacing. Aromas are fruity, orangey and some floral notes. Flavours are also quite fruity, lots of tropical fruit notes, citrus and floral hops. Slight bitterness, but also a bit of sweetness. Medium body. Average carbonation.

Amber pour with a medium white head. Plenty of lace. Floral and pine notes. Mild sweetness with some hop presence. Rather tame IPA but enjoyable overall.

12 oz can, canned on 12/31/15. Pours hazy golden orange with a medium fluffy white head that retains well and leaves a little lacing.
The aroma is fruity bready malt with piney hops.
The flavor is bready malts with tangy fruit and piney resiny hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with smooth carbonation.
Overall, a very nice session IPA - one of my favorites with Stone's Go To IPA. -

The aroma is a citrusy-fruity hops, with a light pine note followed by light malt sweetness. the appearance is an amber color with a light orange hue, totally clear, with a thick foamy white head that has adequate retention. The taste is citrusy, fruity, slightly piney hops with a light malt character. The beer finishes dry with moderately light hop bitterness. The mouthfeel is light bodied with moderate carbonation.

About average body and malt for a session. Slightly above average flavor for the style, but wouldn’t put this in the top tier or anything. Smooth and crisp like most of the Founders that I’ve tried. Only tried a single for now, but a good preview for the upcoming hot season.

Pours light golden-orange into the glass, with a wispy head that leaves soapy lacing. The nose is nice, of barnyard accents along with pine notes. Flavors have bright citrus, lemon-orange-grapefruit, alongside some hay grainy notes, finishing with light pepper. The mouthfeel just edges the medium embodiment, with an active palate ensuing. Very nice for a session IPA. Substantive, yet light enough to keep one’s judgment acute.
