I reviewed this beer last year at a beer event and just found my tasting sheet. I only wrote down the score, so I'm afraid this is all I have to say :(

I'm kinda liking these Maibocks when I try them. Appearance and aroma were unnoteworthy. But this had a good taste balance. Sweet but not too sweet. Hoppy but not too hoppy. Tasted like apples. I'd try this again and give some patronage to my fellow Delawarians.

Poured a dark golden color with a small, off white head that quickly diminished leaving no lacing on the glass. Aroma of fruits (apples), caramel malts, and faint hoppiness. Malts become pronounced in the taste, dry and hoppy, with a touch of alcohol in the finish.
