Pours a golden color with small-bubbled carbonation but only a small, soon-to-be-gone head. A mildly sweet malty aroma. Fills the mouth nicely with a mild bodied maltiness with subtle hopping. Clean finish.

Light colored pour with a little head. Aroma was just standard lagerish. The flavor was light and crisp, with a very faint hop presence. Flavor was malty with something just a tad off, like cardboard.

Poured a light copper with large white head. The aroma had no stand out scents I had a simple clean fresh aroma. The mouthfeel was quite smooth which made the beer quite drinkable. A decent solid beer.

Right down the line this is a pretty average and drinkable brew. There was a very slight skunky aroma when the bottle was first opened but that disappeared rather quickly. It poured a very light golden color with some thin lacing around the edges of the glass. The taste was smooth and easy enough. While it is nothing really special, I found it enjoyable and worth a try.

Medium gold color. Medium head. Aroma is malty and grainy. A medium bodied lager. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are mild and slightly spicy. A mild slightly sweet helles. Light and refreshing. Clean and crisp with no flavor defects. Nice beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Very nicely done, true to style and Bavarian roots. Pours bright yellow gold. Light to medium body. Malty aroma and flavor, backed up by a touch of hops. Smooth, well-balanced malty finish without a trace of bitterness. Perfect for a hot summer day's quaff in Ram's Head Tavern's Bier Garten.

Quite good, really quite good indeed. I visited some relatives in PA. Knowing what a beer nerd I was, they picked up a bunch of strange beers and organized a couple six packs for me. This was one of the beers, and a good one at that. Pours a bright golden yellow, with a small bit of haze. Head is rocky and about 2 fingers high. Aroma is sweetly malty, a bit grainy, and a touch spicy from hops. Mouthfeel is a bit too grainy for me, but it's not too offsetting. Flavor is sweet up front, sort of a toffee flavor, followed by a floral hoppiness and bitterness. There's a bit of graininess in the flavor as well, sort of like chewing on spent crystal grains. Really not bad at all, from a brewery I had never heard of.

Nice malty aroma. The beer is golden in color with a nice clean malt taste, and just a little bit of hop flavor. It tastes as good or better than many German lagers that I have had.
