We brewed up a nice, hop forward Pale Ale featuring malt from Mill Ridge, and clean House Ale yeast from Escarpment, alongside Centennial, Cascade, and Vista hops from Stone Hedges. Quite possibly the easiest way to support local!

Can that pours a clean, light golden-yellow colour with a frothy white cap, good stay and foamy lacing left. Fresh, grassy, herbal aromas over a straw, cereal malt base. Hints of citrus-zest do come out with time. Again, lots of grassiness, herbal hoppiness in the taste adding bitterness, dryness to this Pale Ale. Cereal malt in the background with a touch of pear, apple. Gets a touch hazy at the last pour. A pretty good, bitter-dry Pale Ale with local ingredients.
