Pale Ale d'inspiration californienne.

330 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Fleurac glass an unfiltered and unpasteurized amber-orange coloured Pale Ale with a generous one finger white creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles.Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is yeast, grainy malts, grassy and aromatic hops, wood. The flavour is yeast, grainy malts, fruity, pears, flowery, violet, aromatic hops and a point of spices, pepper. The mouthfeel is creamy and slight fizzy. This medium bodied ale has a long yeasty and hoppy bitter finish. A highly tasting and drinkable Pale Ale from the heart of France.
