Not sure how to specify the style. I have notionally called it an Amber, but this may be inappropriate. Certainly, I couldn't detect any characteristics that aligned with Wit beer. In fact, it seemed more like ESB or IPA. Clear amber beer on tap at Five Islands in Wollongong. Thin beige head tops the ale. Aromas of toasty malt and darker grains. Fresh hop notes lifting up also. Very hop-driven flavour.... as mentioned above more like IPA or ESB for mine. Fresh, bitter, herbal, slight floral notes. Well balanced mouthfeel, but as with several beers at this brewery, is served too cold.
