Sorry, I just don't get it. GREAT bottle. That's about it. Aroma is faint but skunky. Mouth is watery. Flavor is bland and disappointing, especially the alcohol burn. Meh and bleh.

Well, isn’t this a waste of time. Pours out a decent sized white head on top of a golden brew. The aroma was pretty lame - fairly sweet fruits, sweet malts, grass and a very weak spice. The taste is when this really loses me. Boring and over sweet, there is nothing here that will ever make me buy another one. Some hops and an odd spice with a bit of caramel. Noticeable alcohol which always sucks with a beer of this type. Glad to have an empty glass.

France's pale lager - on par with Kronenbourg as French swill. A darker gold colour and a HUGE white head. The aroma is nothing special, grassy malt and floral hops. The flavour is pretty much the same. No surprises here.

    1. how does a shitty brewery like Fischer stay in business making crap like this and 2. I am such a whore, it came down to this or a fresh locally made barleywine (that i had had before mind you) and i just had to have another beer rating, god i'm such a dirty filthy whore. This beer pours with an average head and lacing that actually makes it look the part, all down hill from there though... smells like canned honey and old copper... taste is on the verge of vile, the aftertaste is like licking a oxidized leaking battery mixed with a single old hop. pass on this poo liquid...and by the way Fischer, anyone can call an object complex: calling this 'beer' complex is like calling a pile of dog shit complex and pulling the aroma's out of it...

Quite pale yellow color. Stable foam. Aroma is a little bit watery, but still beerlikeand pleasant. Taste very smooth and round. Very good and drinkable beer.

This French lager pours a golden colour with a slight amber. White head, decent retention and lace is sticking to the glass. Fairly light carbonation for the style. Grainy malt aroma with a touch of skunk undertone. Big 650ml bottle is brown though. Crisp watery mouthfeel. Starts off with the sweet malt, then goes to a mild bitter finish, and then leads into a grainy aftertaste, with slight grass. A notch more interesting than most North American macros, with a notch more alcohol than most (at 6% ABV).

arghhh... this was sitting in the fridge for a while, figured it should be drunk now... the pour is a yellowish color with a white head that vanished quickly but did have some lace. the aroma consisted of malt, the taste on this sucker was of malt (very much like a malt liqor!) medium bodied, easy drinking little aftertaste... its ok... but not really... i wouldnt buy again!

Had this beer in my fridge for a long time now, I just never got around to drinking it but today is its lucky day. The beer poured a nice golden color with a fluffy white head that lasted for about half the glass, a very average looking beer. There’s a slight skunk smell in the aroma, I also noticed a copper smell kind of the way your change jar smells. This is a malty tasting beer witch I like, however there was a slight skunk taste, along with grass and a creamy caramel/taffy at back of throat. I enjoyed this beer it had a lot of flavor and didn’t taste cheap.

650 ml swingtop bottle, named "Fischer Tradition", bought in France. Golden colour, large head, leaves a nice lacing. Nice fruity sweet aroma, notes of grass too, hints of spices. Flavour is your average pale lager with some alcoholic sweet notes added. I might have guessed that the ABV was even higher than its 6.0%. I have definitely had better beers, but I’ve had worse too! Not a beer to search out, but the empty bottle will be useful for your homebrew.

Ya not a good beer really...cool bottle but not too much past that. I was in a particularly Parisian mood and enjoyed this French beer in the backyard, with cheese in a typical French like climate in the humid summer weather. Really not good...but I could enjoy all the same. Any beer is good beer when you get right down to it.
