One of the most award-winning American style pale ales in the country. This is the American beer style that started a revolution in taste. We’ve taken the classic British pale ale and elevated it with a wonderful dose of northwest American hops. A crisp floral hop aroma precedes a medium-bodied clean finishing ale. 355 ml bottle, from CITTI-Markt Flensburg. ABV is 4.9% according to front label, according to rear label (from German importer BraufaktuM) it is 4.6%. BB date 30.07.2013. Malts are Pilsener, Pale (Maris Otter), Münchener, Caramel. Hops are Fuggle, Cascade, Centennial, Chinook. Deep golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of caramel, orange marmalade and American hops, also some herbal notes. Smooth mouthfeel and flavour, moderate carbonation. Not too sweet, a little caramel, herbal hops but not very bitter. Not bad at all despite BB date, but will sample again when I get a fresher bottle, might be even better fresh.

Comes out of the tap a pretty clear golden with a thick and rather persistent pale golden tan head. Aroma is strongly hoppy with a fruity undertone, mainly apple with hints of banana and malt. Hoppy flavor seems more IPA than pale ale, subtly malty and fruity, only a teensy bit bitter, quite refreshing in the Nevada summer heat! Texture has firm, smooth, slightly tingly body that leaves a subtle fizz behind on the lips and tongue. A 31-derful brew.

Sampled from bottle. Pours dark gold with a thin white head and nice lace. Pleasant c hop aroma. Balanced towards bitter with the c hops and bready malts both melding well together. A solid pale ale.

pours a crystal clear deep copper body with a slow carbonation that trails up to a sticky white head that fades to a thick ring. The aroma was pale green hops have a papery but pungent aroma to them. The taste had a hint of sweetness to the pale malt stays soft even though the pale malt flavor grows and some hints of toasted malt come though in the background. There is a full pale green papery hop flavor in the finish that has a mellow pungency in the dry finish. The mouthfeel is medium to light bodied and it has a nice gentle fizz and no alcohol heat.

Had this on tap at Apex. Pours a bright golden with an orange tint. Nose has some noticeable hops, a bit of herbal notes. Semi sweet mouthfeel, tropical fruit, a little almondy and clean crisp finish.

very floral and fruity, especially for the style, without being overbearing. Definitely a nice example of the style, especially when fresh. Tropical fruit and flowers and enough malt to balance all in a light-bodied refreshing package. Is this really so different from their old pale ale, or is it just fresher?

I have to admit that this stape in my fridge during the warmer months. Why it's not been rated til now is odd. It's just a light, semi-hoppy, full of flavor, easy quaffing beer that's always a nice price $7-8 a sixer.
Aroma is really floral. It's easy to forget about the hops and think this thing was infused with some herbs, petals or fruit, because it has such a unique aroma for a pale ale. Flavor had some medium sweetness to it, keeping things very well balanced with the woody hops. There's a zing of fresh hop right at the end of the swallow that's easy to notice and quite welcome. Phenomenal beer for the Summer time weather. -

Pours out in a amberish shady golden appearance with a low firm white head. Rich aromatic fruity aroma of resin, Seville oranges, flowers and apricots. Medium-bodied with notes of resin, apricots, nectarines, Seville oranges, mild wet grass and subtle grapefruit. Surprisingly smooth mouthfeel with gentle carbonation. Long medium-bitter and fruity finish of resin, Seville oranges, dried apricots, red grapefruit and yellow plums. A tasty, flavorful and very fruity hop aromatic pale ale.

Bottle Courtesy of Zythum.. thank you for this!
First pour the smell of hops and citrus was very huge a very open bouquet. Pours a light orange that is very see through with some head. Body was medium with balanced carbonation and a crisp finish. Flavor was citrus with some pine. also a nice malt backbone wot it that added some very nice sweetness.
