Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6
An amber beer with a medium and fast disappearing beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel, straw, barnyard, brewmash, and a burnt note, as if the wort has been burnt - very artisinal. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of caramel, but also some citrus, herbs, and barnyard, leading to a lightly bitter and nutty end. The mouthfeel is very smooth, and the alcohol leaves a slight burn on the tongue. Too artisanal in my opinion, yet still drinkable.
