Enjoyed on tap at the brewery November 20th and bought a bottle to re-test at home. Hazy golden-amber with a white cap, good stay and wavy foam lacing. Crushed apple smell with blonde malt and hints of sourness, grassy hops. The taste is nice with a blend of the apple notes, mild malts, hops and even yeast in the finish. Refreshing mouthfeel, lightly crisp and not too heavy. A nice light summer blonde with apple notes from the hops. The tap showed more apples, so the bottles are more filtered and does not seem as much a fruity beer.
