Our lightest in terms of alcohol comes in at 4.8% by volume so that malt can dominate the flavor profile. Caramel sweet malt all over the palate with a noticeable “jumping just over the barrier” citrus hop aroma. Surprisingly refreshing for such a malt driven ale. Truly an all season American Amber.

Pours a dull orange then settles to a darker amber/orange color with a below average head that dissapears quickly, Aroma is strong of hops, malt and you can detect a faint metalic scent to it. Taste is of hopps with a slight sweetness, also with hints of bread. Slight nutty aftertaste. For what it is it is actually a pretty drinkable brew.

Picked up a couple of bottles of this brew at Epic and also had it at the brewery. Pretty simple brew. Not much going on. Clear amber, malty nose, full malty backbone with slight up character. Toffee, almonds and biscuity notes.
