http://jaxbrewbitch.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html Firkin around at the Florida Tap Takeover The original Rye of the Tiger is described on Engine 15's website: “This amber colored rye beer combines the citrus and floral character of a classic American IPA with the spicy earthy notes of a Rye ale. Hoppy but not too bitter and just enough spice to give you a little “how’s your father?”

I got this in a flight at Hourglass Brewery. Pretty suttle on the rye. Not bitter like an Ipa so you can taste the sweeter flavors more. Pale ale touch is smooth and crisp. This is one that I would like to drink pints of this time of year.

Die South was featuring this one on their beer menu. The great colloboration of the local ctaft brew scene. This one poured a rich amber in color with a three finger off whute sudsy head. There was decent hang time on that head. A slick film ran up the glass on each tolt. Moderate ringlet was steady. Beautifully well balanced cutruc and spicy rye profule. Crisp on the palate and effervescent.
