I enjoyed the texture and the fullness of the Ale. Smooth and easy in the mouth. Easily digestible and not filling. The overall experience was great. Went well with my meal, which was also great.

A beer of the month club entry for April/May 2010 Pours a nice burnt copper color. Flavor is a well rounded hoppy bitterness that is pleasant to the pallet. Moderate carbonation, but did cause some burping -- I guess things could be worse -- All in all a tasty brew, if you can find it, buy it!

Bottle courtesy of Hogtownharry: Poured a light amber color ale with a medium bubbly head with average retention. Aroma of medium bitter hops is dominating. Taste is dominated but medium bitter and slightly citrus hops with some subtle malt. Well done overall but also doesn’t really provide anything spectacular.

Poured a medium amber from the tap at MacGregors. Hoppy nose and flavr that was well balanced. There was a nice balance between hops a barley with hops winning out. It went well with the teriyaki chicken I was having.
