With the Hop Lover in Mind Brewed with the finest organic malts and hops, our IPA features a bright-minted copper color and a crisp, yet smooth hop bitterness. Pale and crystal malts come through with a malty caramel sweetness, balanced with aggressively clean burst of fresh hop flavor in the middle palate without lingering bitter astringency. A strong floral and citrus character from generous dryhopping blends with strawberry esters from our house yeast strain for an inviting and satiating aroma. From grain to glass, our beers are fresh, pure, and organically certified to the highest standards. Nov. 2015: 355 ml bottle, from the Danish importer. ABV is 7.2%. Deep golden to orange colour, moderate white head. Aroma of stale orange marmalade and hops. Hoppy flavour, piney and grapefruity notes. Reasonably bitter finish.

Not much love on the earlier ratings here, but I'd say this is towards the top of 2nd tier IPAs out there. Maybe they improved the recipe. Has that West Coast flavor, and smooth/crisp mouthfeel. Not super malty, with decent and clean hop finish. It's $1 off at Whole Foods @ $8.99 for another 4 months, so I will probably get a few more of these.

Nose is sweet it is malt forward slight hops with floral, coriander, and spice notes. Taste starts all sweet biscuit malt and then begins to turns to hops dryness and never does get it. A secondary sweetness scares away the hops, and while the finish is long. OK for an English IPA

It pours a burnt-orange/amber with a fairly thick orange-cream head and copious lacing. An aroma of caramel malts, hops, grapefruit, pine, orange creamsicle, bread and yeast, and mild spices. The mouthfeel is smooth and rich. Flavors of caramel malts, hops, grapefruit, orange creamsicle, bread and yeast, light brown sugar, and mild spices. This is one of the tastiest IPAs I've tried in awhile.

Well balanced and nicely hopped. Pours deep orange-perhaps with a hint of amber-with a fluffy head and distinct lacing. Floral-pine-citrus in a nice proportion. Not too much... hop heads will not be taken with this one, but I found it very drinkable and pleasant.

From Firefly. Poured a creamy white head over a clear, almost orange body. Aroma was pleasingly hopped. Taste was nice and hoppy bitter, with a good tart, bite to the tongue. Lundy at Firefly advised that this one was "not overly hoppy, and nicely balanced". I concur. Certainly better than the last organic I suffered through.

Pours a nice full ruddy amber. rather long lasting 4 min plus head. Aroma is light, but pleasant, flavor is pleasant, but not vary bombastic. A little bit of citrus, a bit of malt, a bit of hops, all over a slightly toasted base. Not bad, not overly exciting. A bit expensive all considering.

A bright, solid amber colored beer. A small creamy textured white head rises above. It settles quickly leaving a light film and ringlet. A pine-floral, malt profile in the nose. Light bodied. Low carbonation. The hops take a backseat to a bigger malt profile in the tasting. Drinkable, just not an impressive IPA.

Pours a hazy, dark copper with a thin white head. Aroma is faint--more caramel malt than hops showing thru. Taste is bitter but missing the floral or citrus hop kick one expects in an IPA.

looks and feels like a typical ipa...maybe a bit too carbonated? the aroma is pleasant, but not enough for this hop lover. the flavor is a bit of earthy hops and a sweetness that doesn't quite add up. I'll skip this one from now on.
