Pours a dark, hazy honey-golden that lets barely any light through. Off-white head is thin, but this is apparently an artifact of the pour. Malty aroma has hints of fruit and fresh wood. Flavor has a malty core and hints of apple, banana and horehound. Smooth texture has good body and a fair amount of fizz. Go ahead, monkey with this one. ;)
