330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 9.5%. Hops are Saaz and Styrian Goldings, dryhopping with Mosaic. Nearly clear pale yellow colour, pours fizzy with large bubbles and a moderate coarse white head. Interesting complex aroma of fruity (tropical fruits, blueberries), grassy, herbal and spicy hops. The flavour is refreshing for a beer of this strength, is quite dry, and has moderate tropical fruits first, then distinct herbal and spicy hops throughout the finish and aftertaste.

Always nice to have a good Belgian! This has a clear light golden appearance with an airy white head. Smooth and bubbly in the feel...like champagne. Aroma and flavor is tart, mild fruit, yeast, and a good amount of hops. I am glad to try this 2014 edition with the Mosaic. Will get again.

330 ml capped bottle, as Limited Edition and bbf. 07/2016. Poured in the original Duvel tapered glass a clear and golden-yellow, with straw glints, coloured BSA with a two fingers almost white, fine, dense and creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is acidic fruits, lemon, tropical fruits, black berries. The flavour is tangy fruits, grapefruits, lemon, citrus, blueberries on a solid sweety malty backbone, herbal hops. The moutfeel is crispy, light sparkling, acidic and bitter. The texture is oily. This full bodied BSA has a dry tangy fruits finish. The marked tangy side is not so easy for everybody. A nice Belgian Strong Ale with a well hidden alcohol but it is not so powerful as expected.
