We wanted to pay a little homage to OG Pale Ales with this one. Brewed with an overly complex grist of German Pilsner, English Oats, American Red Wheat, Appalachian White Wheat, and Crystal malt, with just a touch of sugar to dry it out a little. We then jammed Cascade and Crystal hops into the Boil, Whirlpool, and Dry Hop.
