355ml can from the brewery, now just called "1971 Pale Ale" with 5% ABV. Pours a hazy, semi-cloudy yellow colour with a frothy-foamy white cap, good stay and some soapy lacing. Aromas of citrus with mostly zest over juices. Does get fruitier, sweeter with time. The taste has some bitterness for a Pale Ale, but still mild, and with some juiciness. Citrus and yeast. This is a real nice juicy Pale Ale that you could drink many, instead of macros.

On tap at Brothers Beer Bistro. Pours an average size frothy white head and has a pale golden appearance. Some decent sticky lacing. Aromas of citrus, floral and grassy hops. Flavours are a little bit sweet, some piney and floral hop notes. Also some fruity notes. Good retention and mouthfeel. Lively carbonation. Not bad
