330 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Trompe Souris tulip pint a clear reach-burgundy coloured Noire with half a finger tan foamy head that had a short retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is roasted malts, roasted coffee beans, fruity, riped raisins and vinous tones. The flavour is roasted malts, sourish notes and ... nothing more ! The mouthfeel is crispy, sparkling and a bit watery. This light bodied Noire has a dry slight sourish finish. Some promises and the disappointement ! A Porter ?
