A specialty beer unfortunatly as anemic as its description. Poured from the tap at the Brewhaus a clear copper color with a dense foamy off-white head. Thin malty nose with a predominant cardboardy aroma. Mouthfeel is quite thin; light-to-medium body. Tastes of light fruit, nuts and spice with soft malt and a light hop bitterness. Weak and uneven flavors leading to faint cinnamon in the finish. Ho-ho-ho-hum.
