A velvety smooth 4.5% stout, made with whey from a local dairy. A hugely creamy beer, that once tried, is very, very moreish. You have been warned. Talorcan, or Talorgan, is a name given to a number of Pictish kings. Talorcan the first ruled in the mid 7th century, and was the son of an exiled Northumbrian prince, and a Pictish princess. Talorcan himself led a raid against the Gaelic Scotti in the west, and was victorious at Strath Ethairt. He died in 657.
