Our Sir Isaac’s Pale Ale is named in homage to the valiant man that led the forces in defending Upper Canada in the War of 1812. Leading with bravery and brains, Sir Issac Brock was respected by both allies and adversaries. Our Brewmaster taps into that same integrity to draw out the charismatic personality of this commanding pale ale.

Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7
A slightly hazed, golden colour with lively carbonation of tiny bubbles, a frothy white cap lasting a while, and decent foamy lacing. Caramel malt base with some cereal notes, some mild hops and eventually butterscotch. The diacetyl touch does not show much in the taste, with more of the caramel, fruitiness from the hops and mild grains. The finish is some nice building dryness. A nice somewhat crispy, drying, caramel-cereal malty Pale Ale with decent hops in the flavours.
