March 2015: 375 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. 2014 / Batch 11. ABV is 4.2%. Golden colour, low white head. Pleasant brettanomyces aroma, notes of farmhouse kitchen and mild spices, hints of oaked cider. The flavour has a moderate acidity, slightly tart, with fruity (esp. lemons) and spicy notes. Easy drinking and refreshing.

Pours a hazy golden colour with with a foamy head and some good lacing. Grassy hop nose with some lemon notes, sourness. The taste shows the same with the lemon zest mixed with the juices - so light bitterness, light sourness. This is pretty good, for a light beer. Nicely done saison.

Pours clear coppery bordering on chestnut with a thick, if not long-lasting, pale buff head. Cranberry and coriander-like notes in the aroma reach out and touch you from 40 cm away, pulling you in to appreciate the nutmeg, cinnamon and floral tones. Flavor bursts with cranberry, sour and yet sweet - Thanksgiving dinner a little early, tee hee. Spicy, floral, herbal, hay and malty tones provide the background. Mouthfeel is nothing to write home about, but it goes down well and leaves a nice cranberry finish. A fine beer for the harvest season.

A cloudy orange colored beer with a sudsy white head, about three fingers high. There's good hang time on the head. It settles into a thick ringlet and persistent cap. Good nose matches what is on the tongue. The total profile is lemony, yeasty-sourness. Light, effervescent and very easy to drink.

Bottle from @bobcoozy/KevinLA. Cloudy light golden yellow color with a bubbly white head, nice lacing. Tart and lemony funky nose and palate, sharply sour like a good Berliner Weisse, yeasty, tasty, tart, lemony, with ample earthy hops bitter. Drinks much bigger than a 4.2% ABV. Super nice beer - thanks Kevin.

375 ml bottle. Pours hazy straw yellow with a medium creamy white head that goes to a thin film that laces the glass.
The aroma is funky bitter piney sourness with a little bile.
The flavor is light straw like malts and a little fruit with some brett and a dry medium bitter finish. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with low but prickly carbonation.
Overall, a nice lighter beer. I like the saison, brett and hop interaction.
