This American Amber ale is full bodied, with rich caramel flavours. The American hop character is toned down by a strong malt backbone, and smooth caramel richness. A real crowd pleaser!

Picked up a growler at the brewery. Pours a huge frothy beige head and has a coppery appearance with reddish hues. Leaves nice thick lacing all around. Aromas of light toasted malts, wheats and light earthy hops. Flavours are mainly malts with some sweetness and mild caramel notes. Also some hints of vanilla. Medium retention. Average carbonation. Mild creamy and silky mouthfeel. Pretty good one here.
