Brewed on the day of epiphany, January 6th, this ale uses crystal and chocolate malts to give it it’s deep red color. Behind the malty sweetness we added a generous portion of perle hops which give it a soft, yet noticeable bitterness. 5.1% ABV.

The Ozzy's Epiphany Red poured a deep ruby red with an off-white head that left lots of sticky lacing.
It was pretty hard to distinguish an aroma other than a subtle maltiness.
It tasted of sweet malts up front with some chocolate. It had a nice crisp finish and had some tea-like hops / spices. It reminded me a little of their Jingle Ale.
The mouthfeel was a little watery.
Overall, this was a very pleasing beer that would be great to sit back and relax with.
