Pours a clean golden-amber colour with an off-white cap giving some nice foamy lacing. Darker grain malt aromas like rye with some caramel and even mild dark fruit notes. The taste has some of this, but with some kind of fake hops making it a little unbalanced. Some apples with the caramel. An alright brew overall, but not really a pale ale.
