On tap at the brewpub. Pours an average size frothy off-white head and has a pale golden appearance. Good lacing. Aromas of sweet malts, light citrus and floral hops. Flavours are mild citrus hops. A bit malty and light floral type hops in the mix. Goes down smoothly. Seems a little bit rusty like in the finish. Very slight bitterness on the palate.

Brand new at the Glebe Clocktower for the first Ottawa Craft Beer Festival. Enjoyed opening day ! Pours a copper brown colour with an off-white head that creates creamy sticky lace. The aromas are mild at first with malts (mostly caramel and roasted). It does get better as the brew breathes and warms up. Medium-bodied with a slight dry finish, but still wet enough to be refreshing. Wow... hoppy taste adding some good bitterness. Not as much as most APA, but packs more of a punch compared to other Clocktower beers. Notes of fruits, pine needles, grapefruit with nice roasted malt in the finish, balancing things. Best head (and overall brew) I have had so far at this brewpub. OK, close to their Bytown Brown and Wishart.
