Can. Colour - very dark brown, solid, creamy light tan coloured cap. Aroma - smoked wood, caramel, roasted malt, and molasses. Mouthfeel - weak for a porter, well carbonated. Flavour - more sweet malt than anything but also some bitter coffee and roasted maly notes in the finish. Not very impressed.

Can with 5.9% ABV. and 38 IBU. Dark brown colour with ruby highlights and a big frothy-creamy mocha head, great retention and full lacing. Coffee aromas with some dark fruits coming out, roasted malts, caramel and molasses. Flavours of roasted malts with some nice bitterness. Aromas of a porter with the taste of a stout, but all quite drinkable overall.

473ml tallboy from LCBO, not a very appealing look/design on this can. Pours a nice big frothy tan head and has a relatively dark brownish appearance. Some sticky lacing remains. Aromas are somewhat woodsy, faint smoky notes, some light roasted malts. Flavours are a mixture of roasted malts and earthy hops. Some decent smoke notes as well as hints of vanilla. A little bit sweet as well. Pretty good actually.

The beer pours a coca-cola colour with a light tan coloured head. The aroma is roasted malt, weak vanilla, and molasses. The mouthfeel is medium-full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is roasted malt, coffee, and molasses, and has a very dry feel to it.
