A cloudy yellow beer with a big soapy textured white head rising above. Very good hang time on the head. A moderate ringlet and persistent cap are left behind. Citric hoppiness in the nose. More of the same in the tasting with a grainy earthiness thrown in. Light, crisp and effervescent.
