Our amber is a sweet, malty, medium-bodied ale with a spicy, floral hop finish. Notes of coffee and anise in the palatte. It's brewed with 2-row Pale, Crystal and Chocolate malts. And we hop it with Chinook and dry hopped with Citra.

C'est What? (Torointo, Ontario, Canada)
June 18, 2013
The beer poured a transparent reddish-brown colour with a thin tan head. The aroma was roasted malt, dark fruit, and some herbal hops. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour was on the sweet side with molasses and coffee, and a spicy finish. The best Church-Key beer I have had in ages.
