A so a Blonde.

    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

500 ml swing-top bottle. Poured in a Shaker Pint Glass an unfiltered and opaque rich golden-amber coloured Pale Ale with a generous two fingers beige, dense and pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is aromatic piney hops, tropical fruits, mango, juicy fruits, citrus, grapefruits, pineapples and a very present barnyard feeling. The flavor is a solid malty backbone, notes of caramel, fruits, oranges, grapefruits, flowery and grassy hops. The mouthfeel is fulled and a bit fizzy. This medium bodied Pale Ale has a lingering fruity and hoppy bitter finish. A very nice flavoured and refreshing APA from ... Oberbayern !
