Night Ryeder Imperial Rye Milk Stout All of our beers are brewed by hand in our small brewhouse which lacks any automation. We work everyday in a turn of the century building that once was a cooperage, so putting this beer in oak barrels only felt right. After 6 months in rye whiskey barrels, we decided this stout was wonderfully balanced and ready to be bottled. The local rye malt, chocolate rye malt, and tons of specialty malts give a nice balance to the lactose which gives this big milk stout a smooth, creamy finish. This small batch only produced 672 bottles, so enjoy with friends
