NE Style Tart Pale Ale with a pinch of salt. Generously dry-hopped with Mosaic. Hazy and slightly tart, really nice balanced acidity, refreshing minerality. Less sour than Té but more tart than our APAs and IPAs!

Originally rate May 2018. On tap at Bar Lupulus. Pours very little head and has a hazy orangey appearance. Aromas of oranges, wheats, herbs. Flavours are sweet and citrus, floral, pineapple, some salty notes appear more in the finish. Mild tartiness as well. Pretty good.

First brew from this brewery at Lupulus for my first time. Hazy golden-orange with a white cap that disappears quickly with minimal lace. Mango aromas with oranges, hints of saltiness and pineapples. Nice sourness in the taste, over tropical fruits notes. Mild grass in the finish with minimal salts. A nice fruity, not too juicy, more sour NE-style Pale Ale.
