Chocolate malt makes this a true amber ale an excellent choice for beer lovers looking for a full bodied ale. The basic ingredients are similar to that of Copperhead, but with the addition of chocolate malt and cascade hops, this brew is a bold roasty amber.

Thin. Red with lots of body. Smells of grain and hops. Taste is better than expected, but there is some tinge of cleanser on the palate. If it weren't for this, I would have rated it higher. Good malt and hops flavor. Finish is clean and refreshing.

One of the very best amber ales that I have had. It is full-bodied, but not heavy with a nice blend of maltiness and hoppiness. Faulous with a cheesburger. Nice clean finish. A worthy ber and a "must-try" when in OKC.

Sampled on draft at the brewery. Pours clear copper with a thin, off-white head. Aroma has some fruit notes, but its mostly toasted malts. Balanced and clean. Just a bit plain, but worth trying.
