Copperhead is a true amber ale. Domestic roast caramel malt gives this beer its distinctive amber color. This ale has a malty, full-body finish, and the use of Fuggles and Willamette hops balance the maltiness so the finish is clean, smooth, and satisfying.

A really good albeight light ale. The one I got was clear and copper. Thin mouthfeel. Very drinkable with plenty of malt and light on the hops. Refreshing. Could drink these all night.

A very decent and drinkable beer for this type. The coppery color was only slightly above average, but all qualities were indicative of good beer. Good beer on the light side.

Sampled on draft at the brewery. Pours cloudy copper - not that attractive - could use a better floccing yeast. Aroma is pleasant and mild (floral). A bit of caramel in the flavor, but otherwise balanced and clean. Good mouthfeel for such a light beer. An enjoyable pint.
