Bottle and keg: Filtered Ingredients: Spring Blend, Cara and Crystal Malts; Simcoe, Citra and HBC hops. This Californian Pale Ale packs a huge hoppy punch. A 21st century low amplitude, high voltage hop hit. Some people say slow is good. We believe fast is better. Being shot from a Hoppy Howitzer beats the hell out of trotting round a submissive paddock. That’s why the internal combustion engine got mounted onto two wheels. Screw down the throttle and listen for that dull banshee howl floating back from those malted mufflers. Drink fast, live fast, sleep late and rip it up down empty streets. This pale ale is chopped, tuned and ready to roll. Fuel up and hold tight, this little thoroughbred kicks like a mule. Perfect for drinking by the bottle, case or even keg.

330 ml bottle, from MENY Stadionparken. ABV is 3.8%. Deep golden to brown colour, slightly hazy. Large white head. Strong aroma of American hops fruity (grapefruit, pineapple) and piney notes. Relatively light bodied, but not too bad for a 3.8% beer. Packed full of hop flavour - quite dry, but loads of grapefruity and piney hops throughout. Not too bitter though. Quite impressive for a beer of this ABV.

Opaque orange, small fading foam head. Strong hoppy aroma and likewise taste. That is all there is to it, bitterness. But good. Lasting aftertaste, bitter again. (Moscow 201409)

Pours an average size foamy bubbly head and dissipates to a thin layer. Has a pale golden/light amber appearance. Ok lacing. Aromas of strong citrus hops and mild floral hops. Quite fruity. Flavours of citrus and floral hops such as oranges and cascade hops. Has a fairly smooth mouthfeel and an astringent sensation. The lightest BrewDog i've had so far in terms of Abv. Has a slight bitterness on the palate, quite hoppy but not offensive.
